Damien hung onto the drain pipe as he looked into the window of his sleeping angel. She looked beautiful laying there and he couldn't help but smile,"Hello Anna." He said softly placing his hand on the cold glass

Anna moved in her sleep as she thought that she felt someone watching her again, she got this feeling almost every night though when she would turn over the person would be gone... she just wished that she could figure out who it was though. They didn't seem to be harsh eyes that watched her sleep... but that didn't change the fact that they awoke her most nights and she couldn't figure out who's they were.

Damien froze when he saw her moving and was ready to go to the roof if needed. She always awoke around this time of night anyway but she needed her rest for tomorrow. Tomorrow was going to be the biggest change in both of their worlds because he would be attending her school. He wanted to be around her so much, he would risk being around other humans if just to that

Anna looked up some sleepily and sat up this time and went to the window thinking that she heard something there. She hadn't done this in a long time though she really wanted to know what was watching her... she knew SOMETHING had been watching her though she didn't know what.

Damien quickly went to the roof, he could never let her see him outside her window, not yet but soon. He hummed softly as he thought about what to do the next day at her school

Anna looked out her window and sat down in front of it staring outside. "I know someone's there... you're always there... but why? Why do you hide whenever I wake up?" she whispered though knew if the person was there they would be able to hear her since she always had her window cracked and her voice was clear as a bell compared to the back ground sound of crickets and the occasional owl.

Softly he answered, hoping she wouldn't hear him,"So not to scare my angel away." He said as he moved to the other side of the roop away from her window. He jumped down onto the ground and started walking away. He needed to rest for a bit until the sun came up to start his first day at a human school

Anna heard a slight answer and put her head down on her arms as she stared out the window. "Angel?" she repeated quietly then yawned some and closed her eyes. She ended up falling asleep there though was woken about ten minutes before school by her older brother. "You're almost late Anna!" he said and she shot up and quickly got ready before running to school. She was lucky, she made it in her first period with 30 seconds to spare so she relaxed some.

"Good timing as always Ms.Anna." The teacher said with a smile. "Today we have a new student with us class, Damien, would yu please come to the front?" Damien slowly stood and did as the teacher asked as all eyes stayed on him,"Would you like to tell us something about yourself?" Damien rubbed his arm some as he looked at all the faces around him then rsted on Anna's with a small smile,"M-my bname is Damien Dawn and though I've been living in the U.S. for a few years now...my family and I come from Romania." he said softly still

Anna looked at her teacher and gave her a sheepish smile before looking down at her book that she was writing what happened last night in. It was like a jurnal that she kept about the instances at night ever since they started happening. She looked up and something in her heart seemed to pulse when she saw Damien and there was a very slight blush on her pale cheeks.

"Romania? You must miss it alot." The teacher said. He nodded,"May I sit back down?" she nodded her head and he took his seat next to Anna.

Anna looked at Damien and felt her cheeks get allittle pink when he sat next to her though in some part of her... he felt so... familiar.... "Excuse me... I'm Anna... have I met you before?" she asked softly and curiously since he did she very familiar to her.

Damien looked over at her with a sweet smile,"No, I don't think so...but I was wondering if you would be kind enough to help me around the school todaY? You know, til I understand where everything is." He said softly so the teacher wouldn't hear him

Anna blushed looking around for a second, "are you sure you want ME to show you around?" she blushed some unsure. She could see a few of the girls in the class staring at them... at her. She could tell they were irritated at her and couldn't understand why this hot guy would be talking to a 'freak' like her.... she wasn't exactly the most liked kid in school

"Of course, who wouldn't want a pretty girl like you to show them around?" He smiled. He could feel the other girls eyes on them as well but he didn't care, he was sitting next to his angel for the first time in forever and he didn't want to waste it. "don't make me beg." He chuckled softly

Anna blushed a bit more though smiled some before trying to pay attention to the teacher... though she found it rather hard for she kept feeling her eyes wandering to Damien. It was like her and her mind were drawn to him for whatever reason. "So... what's your schedule? After school I can show you wherever else we might not have went to." She smiled some though could still feel eyes on her from the many staring girls.

"Ummm, here." he said handing her his schedule whoch was surprisingly...the same as hers. "Do you have any of them?" he asked softly

"Oh... wow... you have all the same classes that I do so this should be easy." Anna smiled though you could see some of the other girls didn't like that at all. "Well it's about time for second period so we should get going." she said softly as she stood having all her stuff together.

Damien nodded and followed,"Science, right?" he asked softly

"correct." Anna smiled though as they walk a few guys came up and she glares at them. "Leave us alone James... no one has done anything to you and you have no bussiness here anyway." she hissed slightly at the male but he didn't seem to be fazed.

Damien smiled at the man,"Hello, are you a friend of Anna's?"

"yeah though I don't think I've ever seen you before." The male said as he pulled Anna to him. "Let go of me you jerk I told you we were over!" Anna hissed at the male as she slapped him hard across his face.

Damien quickly got in the middle of them,"I think you should leave her alone." He said as he alouded his eyes to flash red for a moment then back to there normal blue
