The picture is very cute, but I suggest you clean up some of the shading.
The splotches on her chin stick out way too much and some parts look like they're not coloured in properly.

The shading on the dress on the doll makes the dress look badly wrinkled.
Try making long smooth folds instead of ones that kind of start and stop in the middle of nowhere...well unless wrinkled...
