Over two-thirds of my sister's characters are male, she just like writing in a male voice more, there's nothing wrong with it. XD Just play whichever characters you feel are more compelling. Usually, I think guy characters have more depth for some reason, possibly because people are just BAD at writing females, and even if they aren't badly done they seem like Mary-Sues. XD
