I really don't care what a person wears, so long as it's tasteful and they dress for their body type. Yeah, it'd be gross if a really fat guy wore a miniskirt, but it'd be just as gross if a really fat woman did. ><
Men in drag obviously aren't very common in regular day-to-day life (unless you live in more gay-friendly areas - not that every drag queen is gay), so I'd definitely notice if a guy were in drag. But as long as it was tasteful (see above), I'd probably smile a little that he felt comfortable enough to not hide the way he wants to dress, and brave enough to go out in public like that.
Sure, sometimes drag queens can look kind of creepy, but hell, so can the forty year old women with orange, leathery skin, peroxide-blonde hair, who are dressing out of their teenage daughter's closet. ><
And I don't think anyone even spares a second glance if a woman is dressed like a guy, unless it's really obvious like a tux or something (and even then it's just barely noticeable). Women can pretty much wear whatever they want and have it be normal.
