Oh, I forgot to mention, on Gaia, sometimes I scout around the art shop/contest forums to see if anyone's giving out tips for requests or something like that. It's a nice way to earn some gold when I'm bored or saving up for something (which doesn't happen often). Of course, it requires that I don't have any previous art obligations...which is rare.
