Now now, in my country, the children you see on the streets aren't homeless, they do have a "house" in shantytowns, but they beg to pay their mothers and their "guardians", women of other ethnicity watching over them. And hell do they get well-paid! Most get at least $20 daily, which is enough for 22 decent meals 8D;;
Now, going back to the issue of "inhumane" people [I actually think the word should have the total opposite in meaning x_x] I think these guys most likely come from awful, uncaring families. Otherwise, they wouldn't act as if that were a normal everyday thing. They need some mental help, seriously >__>
