I would have pulled the left arm out to the side more although its a good attempt at foreshortening. :D don't hesitate to look up poses on google, DA or in an anatomy book. It helps, trust me.
Right hand looks a little funky, but i think the shoulders are way to wide(mainly her right one), and thats not really too hard to fix
