That's the beauty of roundhouse kicks. They can hit the back of the head when you're standing in front of someone. But I find that my vocabulary goes just as far, yeah. I never haul off at someone unless I have the facts to prove my point, so when I do mouth off at someone 'above' me it's justified and logical, even if I do tend to be harsh. The result is that after a while they usually break down and realize I have a point, so at the very least I've never been fired. Hell, as I said, Angelica and I had a bit of respect for each other, even if we didn't like each other personally and couldn't admit to the respect until we no longer worked together.

Serita... I feel for you. But please tell me someone called corporate on that man! If he's throwing other employees around he needs to be dealt with, hands down. That's one of those cases where the behavior has to be stopped. Otherwise the person committing these acts thinks that he can get away with it, and then what happens to the next guy he goes after? That's always been my stance; if someone is abusing or taking advantage of someone else in the work place and you don't speak up somehow, what happens to the next guy down the line to be the victim? The chain has to stop somewhere.
