Oscar watched Reccur for a moment before sighing and placing one of his hands lightly on Reccur's shoulder, "Rec, Aven and I are able to fight, as well as you. We can help you take care of Jarka, and if anything ever happened to him, Aven would probably go crazy. You know how he is." Oscar looked towards the kitchen for a moment and then back to Reccur. "Let us help you."

Aven leaned on the counter lightly and watched Jarka pull out pots and pans to cook the macaroni in. His stomach growled lightly and he stared down at it, almost glaring to make his stomach quiet down. His stomach protested and growled louder. Aven groaned lightly and stood up, looking through the cabinets to see what else there was to eat. He hoped that he found a secret stash of food was hidden somewhere, but that didn't really seem likely at this point.
