I have developed insomnia lately and have struggled with it since my preteen years. I have anxiety though, which causes my insomnia, I hate it some nights, but have gotten used to it for the most part. Sometimes I read until I crash, but it takes forever. I really can't say anything helps me (besides a sleep aid, but you can't take those often. I only took one the night my bf dumped me so I could sleep and not cry.) But hang in there.
