I am also sorry to tell you that no one in this castle has left the grounds in many years." His black eyes were full of knowledge, his tall form seemed ageless. The Master looked to Justice, who remained on the floor. "Isn't that right, Justice?"
The Xa'Thian slowly nodded, struggling to sit up and refold his crushed wings behind him.
With his pale hands clasped behind him, Master turned his black gaze back to the woman. "What makes you think it was someone from this household, child?" His expression was one of caring, though an aura of malice flitted beneath the surface. This man could have been anywhere between 25 and 60, despite being immortal.
