Rose could hear the screams of people, blocks down from her apartment. She sighed, her ears twitching at the sounds. She had finally finished working out and she was walking back to her apartment to get dressed and see about her next assignment. The apartment she lived in had been vacant for quite some time, due to the fact that a bigger and fancier apartment complex called "The Falls" was built right across the street. This was alright for her though because she always enjoyed being alone. No one knew she lived there and paid to keep the water, gas, and electric on.
