Abilities: She has the ability to control water in all its forms, the only requirement is that she needs a source. Pulled from the air, nearby lake/ocean, the tap etc.. She also has a physical mutation, she has blue skin with patches of dark scales and has a long, thin tail with a tuff of blue hair at the end that matches the hair on her head and that reaches down to her ankles. Her mutation started to manifest itself when she was 11, the physical aspect appearing first, then the ability to control water and create ice
