Ina rushed around her flat, grabbing a few more things, putting them into her suitcase. "Aarani, get some pants on and let's go! We can split a cab to the airport!" she called to her new roommate. She was dressed in an outfit that she was planning to wear to any events that would take place once they got to Texas. She ran downstairs to hail a cab; grabbing her suitcase, guitar case, and electric violin case as she left the apartment.
Standing at the curb she yawned, she had, as usual, stayed up late the night before. The only difference was that she had gone to see her parents the night before. They had a performance the night before; which she went and saw. it was the first time she saw them since she left. She had left them a note telling them of her plans on going to the states, wishing that they'd wish her luck.
