History: He adopted Candi from an orphan. Mr. Fawn is currently the major of the city, and likes to keep his uniforms on Candi at all time claiming 'nothing can hurt his little cookie.' He grew up with a wealthy father who sued his wife for everything she had, thus doubling their money. Mr. Fawn has lived an easy life, and if anything were to get ugly, he'd silence them with a bullet. Prior to being major, Mr. Fawn was a famous actor, which is how he's able to mask his true dark self.

History: According to the newspapers, he died seven years ago in a terrible train accident. Upon finding this out, Zeke burned off his finger prints and is officially a ghost that walks the land killing people. Scary, huh?
