Lady: I'm with Mausy, I need to lose 60 lbs as well. I was bad for breakfast, I ate Apple Jacks. >o> But for lunch I had a plum and a Special K Protein shake. For dinner I'll have cut up pieces of chicken in a salad, like I had last night. I should be doing my work out right now since Cupcake is sleeping, but oh well. It's called the 30 Day Shred and it literally whoops your bum.
