Taking notice of the eagerness coming from each pilot the Commander had to inwardly shudder just a little bit. This eagerness was how mistakes were made. He had seen it all too often, a soldier with all the proper requirements falling out as soon as they got out onto the field. At least one of them had the brains to go with that excitement, which was good considering she had been the one about to run out to the field without the full briefing.
