No, there really wasn't much point Biggles...
It really wasn't amazon's fault it was in the condition it was.
it was posted to the wrong house and a dog got hold of it
of course, the owner of said dog didn't want to face us and just dropped it through the letter box and ran off.
imagine how angry i would have been if I was a parent buying that book for my daughter for her birthday?
