Well, maybe the Runner one might be interesting? As you said, Jareth is a Fae and might not be to relate to humans on a human level (if that makes sense). I mean, he could hardly relate to Sarah, sending Cleaners after her and throwing snakes at her and all, even if he WAS interested in her romantically. XD And it could be a grudging buddy-buddy relationship, like for some reason they HAVE to work with each other to save the Labyrinth AND whoever the Runner is there to save? Maybe?
