He really had no idea what he had done to Snape to make him dislike him so much, sure he broke rules and stuff, but that wasn’t even HIS problem that was Professor McGonagall’s problem. The more he thought about it, the less reasons he could come up with, besides the fact he was in the rival house, but that was a pretty stupid reason to hate him, and treat him like he did. Why couldn't Dumbledore have picked another teacher for him to do work with? There had to be some other teacher, which could teach everything Snape could and was a hell of a lot nicer. It was too late to look back now, he had to face the music and deal with it.
Harry nodded and followed after him, he didn’t exactly like how Snape talked to him but there was nothing he could do about it, he had no choice. “Yes, I know how it works” He said. He honestly wasn’t that stupid, well sometimes he wasn’t, and he was glad he knew how this worked. He didn’t really want to hold on to Snape’s arm but he had no choice, he reached out and took a hold of it, waiting for him to kill him with a look for just touching him.
