Harry glanced over at him “What do I want?” He asked. There were a lot of things he wanted, but there was really only one thing he wanted, and that was his family back “What I want, I can’t ever have” He said finally. He could never have his mother and father back, so telling him he wanted that, served no purpose “What I really want, is for my Aunt and Uncle to treat me differently, or to get away from them” He said. Either or worked, Snape was probably just going to think he was being ungrateful or something, but he wasn’t, living in that house was torture.
Harry didn’t bother saying much to that, he didn’t particularly want to eat with Snape but he didn’t want to be rude either, after all he was going to have to survive the summer with him, so getting on his good side (if there was one) was the best possible option. He wanted to make sure this summer went by as fast and as easily as it possibly could.
