Alyssa watched everything topple over in shock, presuming it was over her. Then he got up, announcing his leaving before she looked up, seeing him roll his eyes and felt a little bad. It wasnt her fault she was a girl... She sat there a few minutes before she got up slowly and walked out, everything fixing itself as she did, thanks to her though. Alyssa went down the steps slowly, not really caring one bit. He could wait.
Once outside, she looked around. He wasnt there anymore. Blinking, she twisted around trying to find him. Sighing, she then knew that she waited too long to go to him. Getting it into her head whom she was looking for, she knelt down and touched the ground. Closing her eyes, she opened her mind as vision played in her head.
When the city's air filled his nostrils, he coughed. The fit of coughing continued a while longer, but when he was finally free of he sewage smell the coughing stopped.
With his back against a brick wall, he counted the seconds, which soon became minutes. Frowning, he tossed his hands in the air as if he were surrendering. Scooting across the road, he took a seat at the little deli.
Opening them again, she got up and made her way across the street before looking at him and smiling softly, handing him some ice cream before taking a seat across from him.
