"Ah, so you were in the back of the plane. That would explain why I don't recall your lovely face." His attention differed to his ex-girlfriend, Siami. "Oh god, you lived Siami?" Neal's cocky grin followed. "Ha, ha. I'm only kidding. How have you been?" Using Nessa as leverage to avoid a nasty fight, Neal beckoned his ex to join them. "Care to join us? We're going to try and start making a list of who was where on the plane. Maybe we can also hunt for some survivors that bailed from the plane before it crashed."
His bright blue eyes moved back and forth. The leader of survivors - the Ex-Soldier - was finally beginning to stir. Looking down the beach, he saw that the others dotted across its sandy surface were also being to awaken. This should be... interesting.

Varick's attention snapped toward his group mate. "Oh come now, he's not too bad. I agree, he's harder to read, but he might be better than we think. From the way he acts and talks, we might be able to get him on our side. He seems to have... hidden agendas. I do like his style. Now those others... not so much. Do we really need a hot-head soldier here? How about another medic? And that woman down there seems a bit sad that this Neal man left her. Oh, and that chick looks like this is the first time she's tasted freedom in a while."
Smiling, he placed a hand on her shoulder. "I think this is the start of a very beautiful war. I look forward to seeing who will do what. I want to learn more about these guys. I hope Nessa doesn't get too caught up in that one though. We need reports on them all. He'll be hard to crack. We might need your looks to bring him down." Placing a light kiss on Azra's brow, Varick sank back into the forest. "Shall we get a closer look, love?"
