Hmm, the only way I can really see this being solved is by closing the bid and offering Chunsa-chan the opportunity to buy the Hooch if she still desires. It is completely my fault for this blunder, and I am truly sorry for all those who wished to participate in the biding. I made a huge error in forgetting a previous arrangement, and I do take full responsibility for that.
