I inherited my gift from my grandfather, who died of an illness years ago. I'm a year older than everyone because my mother tried to home school me, but ended up not knowing what to do and plunked me into kindergarten a year late.
But really I’m very smart. I have a short temper which doesn't help my abilities at all. I also catch onto things faster than most.

I look like a gorgeous blond. My golden curls are probably the most beautiful you’ve ever seen and I have the clearest blue eyes to match. My pale skin is flawless and you won’t find an ounce of fat on my perfect figure. As you might guess, I’m just a bit vain about my appearance…

My gift is telepathy.
This is my first year here.
What I think you should know about me is that it wasn’t my choice to come here. When my parents got the letter, they practically forced me into coming here but I’m quite sure they just wanted to get rid of me. I was happy in my old school where I knew everyone like a book. Still, I guess it might be interesting to develop my powers and unleash them on an all new student body.
But really I’m such a sucker for gossip and my powers really seem to help in that department. I’m usually the first to find out the latest dirt and I can’t help but share it with my closest…20 friends. I'd probably do well in school if only I concentrated as much on my studies as I do on getting the lowdown of every other student.
I think I’ll join… cheer leading and theater.

My favorite things are juicy gossip, painting my nails, sleepovers and vegetarian meals.
But I really don't like breaking a nail, doing my homework, meat, and working up a sweat.

What I think you should know about me is I was born in England into a wealthy family. My parents are business tycoons and my sister married a rich man in the oil business. It's been well known from my father's side that we had special abilities branching from our Russian heritage. So when I received the letter to the school I wasn't at all surprised. I had been playing with my gift since the day I was born, adapting to eternal darkness. I can feel the moisture and liquids around me, and by them I can sense and know where everything and everyone is. The more humid the air, the more heightened my senses become.
But really I’m a jokester. Being blind your whole life you need to learn to look on the bright side of things. Not much gets me down.
I think I’ll join… Basketball. Lot of sweating makes the air nice and easy to read.

Hello, my name is Jamie Heartford.
I look like well, it’s hard to say really since my appearance changes so often. When I look just like me however, I’m really quite ordinary: shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes to match, average height, average weight, just plain average in general.
I was born 16 years ago.
My gift is changing. I can transform my body into any form I desire.
This is my second year here.
What I think you should know about me is that I come from a rather large family. Surprisingly enough out of my 2 brothers and 3 sisters, I'm the only child that has shown any supernatural abilities. My house is usually a mess, both literally and figuratively but we all manage to get along somehow. It's so much fun to play jokes on all my siblings but they get pretty annoyed with me most of the time. The house is probably a much quieter place now that I've gone off to school. I actually left a year ago but I don't miss it. There's always something new and exciting going on here.
But really I’m quite dramatic. I want to use my abilities as an actor and I fit right in with the theater club. I'm a bit of a practical jokster but don't take it personally, that's just who I am. I'm the kind of person who likes to keep people on their toes. My sexuality is questionable but don't bother asking about it, you probably won't get a straight answer anyway. I'm just a bit mischievous and that's just the way I like it.

I look like a woman in my mid-thirties. I have short and curly brown locks and pale green eyes. My figure is rather plump and curvy but I'm not completely unattractive. I usually wear rather plain-looking knee length dresses with a smock over top.

But really I’m very mothering. I concern myself with the well being of every student on campus and consider it my duty to keep them healthy. I'm very kind and caring as expected of someone in this position and try to be as open as possible for those students who might just need someone to talk to.
My favorite things are seeing patients get well and...Mr. Rosenberg *blushes*.
But I really don't like seeing the same kids in my office time and time again.

Hello, my name is Professor Kent Rosenberg.
I am a science teacher and fencing coach.
[i]I teach[/b] Physical Science. I'd teach other classes too--Chemistry, Biology, Horticulture, and even Astrophysics if any of the students were interested. But alas, they spend most of their time fretting over their powers and each other to learn something noble, what is the world coming to these days!
I look like I probably used a lot of gel to get my red locks to comb back so perfectly. I'm neat and prim. You will never see me wearing anything less formal than a button-up shirt and slacks. I'm rather tall and skinny and was probably quite attractive at one point in my life, but years of sour expressions seems to have shaped my face into a permanent look of disapproval.
I was born 29 years ago.
My gift is a green thumb, besides my natural gift of intelligence of course.
What I think you should know about me is I was once a fun-loving kid as well. My grandparents always scolded me for running around town and getting into trouble. I was actually quite the delinquent in middle school until my pop sent me off to live with his parents. They did their best to instill me with some morals, with some dignity, and my grandmother showed me how to garden. Both of them shaped me into who I am today and I greatly regret their death. It was only after their passing that I realized I had a real gift and began pursuing it. After going to college for science, I got a job offer here at the School for the Gifted and have been teaching here ever since.
But really I’m quite old fashioned despite my rather young age. I believe in principles, in values, in morals. It's a shame none of the kids have them these days. Their antics tend to get me rather uptight and I spend every possible minute that I'm not teaching classes in my garden, the one and only place where I can find peace.
My favorite things are a good set of morals, gardening, and the smell of dirt.
But I really don't like WEEDS.
