I never cared for school dances much. I went to a dance my first year of high school and it was so boring after a while my friends and I just ended up leaving. I did however go to my senior year of homecoming. I found a lovely dress for 90% off that only ended up costing me $20. XD It was black and had big dark pink roses on it and was form fitting. I loved it and it looked really nice. I never understood paying so much for a dress that is only going to be worn a night. Plus the fact I was only 100lbs in high school and had a horrible time finding a dress that even looked good on me because I was so darn skinny.

At the dance itself, I went with my sister, her date, her friend and her date, and two of my friends and I had a "date". It started off fun but as the evening went on my sister's date left her and went off with another one of her friends then my date turned out being a jerk because I wouldn't kiss him or anything. Keep in mind I was never interested in guys and I told him that we were just going as friends. So I had my sister get upset and my one friend was pissed at my sister's date and threatened to beat his butt for leaving my sister then on top of that I had my date, who drove me there, go sulk off in a corner pretty much the whole night.

When my date and I left her tried to get me to go to this house party and I didn't want anything to do with it. I think he was just looking for an easy lay and he was getting mad when he wasn't getting anything out of me. He just made me mad. After the dance he couldn't evne be man enough to keep in contact with me but then again it was high school and boys that age tend to be more hormone driven.

I'm planning on going to the homecoming football game this Friday. I haven't been to one in probably 5 years so I figured I'd go since my little cousin is in band and is playing at the game.
