Ari was full and relaxed finally. Her and Rai has spent nearly an hour discussing the options for buying the house and their jobs and she was now scanning the room for any familiar face. It was the red hair that grabbed her attention tho. That long crimson red hair that has captured her attention earlier today. Feeling more at ease then she had for many years Ari watched the fae carefully. He was handsome, very handsome and she seemed to have a hard time pulling her eyes away from his form. When she did manage to and looked at Rai she noticed the girl was watching his twin. "So you feel it too?"
Rai had noticed him as soon as Ari had started to scan the crowd. His short crimson hair standing out to her and she wondered how she had managed to miss it earlier. She was not as good of a casual observer as Ari was but she couldn't pry her eyes away from his handsome looks and for some reason she wanted to go over to him, just to see what it was that pulled at her. Ari's question managed to help her look away. "Yes." Rai managed a nod and to not look back over. "It is strong, I almost feel like...I know him, like I have know him my whole life."
"Like he is...your other half?" Ari asked quietly. Her family had never believed in fate, had taught against it, as a member of her family you were to wed for political gain, never love. "It is strange, I have never felt this pull to anyone else. You?" When Rai shook her head Ari nodded. "We should head to bed. We need to be there bright an early to get the house." Ari stood and thought quickly as she scanned the room. The fae twins were seated close enough to the stairs that her and Rao could walk past them without suspicion. "Let's walk by them." Ari said very quietly to Rai. "Maybe we will be able to figure out what it is if we are closer." Ari lead the way through the crowd and past the table with the red-headed twins. The pull seemed almost impossible to resist as she passed them giving them a slight nod in greeting her hand gripping Rai's as they passed and managed to make it to the stairs.
Rai had wanted to sit with him, hold his hand, hear his voice. All she had managed to do was follow Ari's lead and nod a greeting. They had made it to the stairs both of them nearly out of breath and glancing at each other. "I don't know what it is, but I wanted..." Ari nodded her head knowing what Rai was saying. "We need to get to bed. Big day tomorrow and we want that house." Both girls walked slowly back to their room and crawling into their beds fell asleep.
