Having stopped to lay beneath the falling leave, his brown tousled hair on the ground and his body spread out. He blew a leaf that landed on his mouth away. It was winter and the trees were falling asleep and Logan longed to join them. Closing his eyes he let out a gentle sigh as he slipped into a deep and relaxing sleep. He let his body radiate heat freely causing some slight steam like someone’s breath in a chilly morning mist. He kept himself still as he slept his mind closed in case anyone thought he was venerable at that moment.

The gentle laughter disturbed Logan from the nap he was having sprawled out in the winter sun. The rays were beautiful and he knew oh too well that he should leave. He was so close to the Castle for once but that laughter was almost heartwarming. He hauled up his heavy and tired body, his muscles protesting by pulsing painfully. Once on his feet he leant against a tree and waited. He knew he couldn’t be too long for the Fae to wonder his way, did she have a job for him was there some target beneath her effort. He smelt her as she moved letting the bittersweet scent drift past him. He wondered how many of his kind had fallen to that scent. He wondered how many idiots presumed she was evil because of her gifts and such. He wouldn’t stand for anyone even looking at Yen wrong in his presence. He chuckled darkly and slowly headed her way through the half hoping to be seen by another Fae, and then he could feed upon them… He didn’t give it much thought to change his katana not moving from where it was strapped to his hip. His hair was speckled a dark red with blood and his usually pristine clothing was slightly askew.

Kudochi had started that day like any other. She had got out of bed had a bowl of chili chicken ramen. Then headed out for a morning stroll, she caught the glances and glares at the guy who was there today and sighed slightly. She had heard the rumors about him but didn’t really believe them she walked over to him adjusting the long coat she wore. It touched the floor and was black; it had a hood that almost fully covered her face. She smiled at the male slightly, there had been no file through her door yet and thus Kudochi was currently enjoying ‘free time’ so she decided she might as well enjoy it by getting to know the people in her local area. Her mind for once was peaceful and docile. The dragon that usually argued or tried to give the girl guidance were asleep.
