He better appreciate everything you are doing for him! You are being very supportive and nice. Not like anyone else would would just abandon someone when things get tough. You are a very good person! And if he doesn't see that, then he is blind!
He also needs to be comfortable with himself. We all need to be, that is like a major MUST. You need to accept yourself for what you truly are, or you will never be happy.
That neighbor is going to die at a young age. All that stuff is BAD! Drugs are horrible. Except...maybe. of course Medicine. Medical drugs are necessary for the ill. But those people are using drugs in the most horrible way. I don't understand why people do drugs/ and drink themselves to the death.
The first ticket i sent them, I already told them that I reinstalled the game (and completely removed it). None of it is actually working D:
