Maggie stood up straight and held her head up high trying to seem confident even tough she would have much rather crawled into the corner and hide for the rest of her life. She followed Mayling out into the hallway as they walked towards the stage and other girls. "A-are you sure i can do this? The last thing i want is to draw even more bad attention to myself." Maggie said quietly as she walked next to the woman. Her heart was pounding in her chest as she felt the stares from the other women. She could feel the hatred seeping from them and it made her skin crawl. Maggie took another deep breath and tried to calm her nerves. It is just another stage, just another performance. She had done a million before, what was one more. Maggie had long ago gotten over stage fright, but it was this place, this crowd that made her nervous, not the act of performing.
