The president of the Latin club had the same lunch as Lance did, though he didn't know it. Charmase was one of the most peculiar students in the school--a light-hearted, artsy young man who was heavily bullied by most of the 'popular' kids in school for being feminine and sort of innocent.
The teasing did not seem to bother Charmase. He had a tight-knit group of friends, most of which joined him in the Latin and Art clubs. Charmase was the vice president of the Art Club and the president of the Latin Club. Pretty prolific for a junior--he was only sixteen.
As lunch started, he was sitting at a table full of his friends--quite a mix of people. Charmase's friends were very varied. He was friendly with everyone from the school's major gamers to the students in AP Art Studio. He rarely ate lunch at school...he instead sat and talked with people, and worked on schoolwork.
Right now he was working on Latin with one of the freshmen who needed assistance. Most people knew that Charmase was a whiz at Latin, and at art...
