Purple eyes. No matter how much I work out or what clothes I wear or how my hair looks, I can't change my eye color without suffering through painful contact lenses. But it would be so cool!

OH also I want a tail. I would definitely change the fact that I do not have a tail and instead get a prehensile cat-monkey kind of thing.

After that? Maybe wings. This is a lot more than one thing....
