A unicorn on it's hind legs walks over to the being shouting questions in the middle of the lobby. "Well" it says in a gruff voice, "you must be new around here. I'm Bellis-Pous. If you're looing for answers about illnesses, you should head over to the Pariis building. They're in charge of health issues." Pulling it's lips back in a huge grin, Bellis-Pous returns to his conversation with an imp and a croakadile in the corner of the lobby.

Several people chuckle at the overly bold newcomer.
