THE SETUP

At Ipswich Academy Boarding School, students enrolled are just like everyone else. Only, all the students are in fraternities. But, these "frats" are different from your typical Greek Housing. These special housing groups were actually created around ones' species. You read that right, species.
Sons and daughters of different factions of witches (like Wiccans), warlords (dark mages), vampires, werewolves, psychics, and anything imaginable, and, of course, a human or two. However, all the students enrolled in the school act and look as humans because, should they be caught using their powers or in their true form, they would be expelled, or worse... killed.
Ipswich Academy, the religious private school, seems to attract just about everyone. Yet, only those with superior grades and service are accepted.
