A furry thing was rubbing against the young purple highlighted, light brown haired girl's face which made her itchy, but couldn't scratch otherwise the furry thing would attack her hand. After a while of enduring it, the girl opened her violet eyes to look at the grey furry thing. Her kitten.
The girl smiled at her before yawning, mouth closed with slight tears. Then she got out of bed to make herself some breakfast. With a wood burning potbelly stove, things took longer to cook, but she was never in any hurry, though so she could take all the time she needed. She'd go out later.
