Sitting on an iron chair, Damien had one leg propped up against the wall opposite him and the other flat footed on the floor. News was he was going to get a prisoner today. It was irregular that his lock down wing got prisoners, as Hell was prison enough, but every couple of years he would get one rebel. This one was different. And he was quite worried.

An Angel? he had thought when his boss had told him of the plan. A hell of a long time ago, there had been a war between Demons and Angels. Before he was even created, there had been a treaty formed. But now Lucifer was becoming agitated and bored, and he was trying all he could to start this war up again. The only problem lay in the whits and smarts of the Angels. They were not dropping their guard; they would not succumb to the Demon's threats and tricks or traps. It was impossible to break their barrier of goodness! "Blergh!" Damien winced to himself. "Who wants to be good?!" he asked to the air around him, and almost as if to reply to him, it swirled around him and thickened with blackness. "Yeah, I didnt think so!" he chuckled to himself and his new friend; the air.

A few hours earlier, a group of Demon's had taken off in the same direction as the single messenger from Hell. They were lay in wait for Heaven's messenger. They would capture her and bring her back here to be kept prisoner; and Damien had to look after her! "Why does it have to be me?! I hate Angels!" he hissed and stood up. Moving around the labyrinth style prison like he had a map on his hand, Damien imagined how difficult it would be for anyone or anything to escape this place. It was impossible to find your way out, or ever in for that matter. That was how it had been designed. Impossible to escape! He grinned menacingly and then returned to his steel chair to wait for his new prisoner. 'Any minute now' he thought and smiled.
