I recently bought two seasons on DVD. :D
As for my favorite... Too many to name.... @_@ I'll just name some traits that I like about some characters.
France: his "ohonhonhon" laugh in the English dub.
Spain: So chill. ^^
Germany: HUGE TSUNDERE~
Chibitalia: There have been many occasions where I've contemplated creating or finding a plush of him. SO PRECIOUS. >w<
Sweden: SwedenxFinland interactions are so awkwardly cute.
Japan: and his conservative housewife-ness and his adorable doggy.
I could go on, but I think my all-time favorite would be America for being so. American. ^^"
