LOL, so I'm 13, and I was never the skinniest person... I was teased and bullied in second grade and I'm very shy and quiet now. My self-esteem has lowered a LOT and I was thinking I should lose weight; like, 10/15/20 pounds.
I want to lose it in about... 5-7 months. I am willing to take a lot of time (1-2 hours possibly) for exercise everyday. I want to know food tips and what kind of exercise to do. I already do a lot of sit-ups/crunches, and I sometimes like to take long walks or bike rides through my very steep hilly neighborhood.
Any tips would be okay. Yeah, that should be about it...... :drool:
