If you really want to lose weight and since we are no Dietitians and Nutritionist. Since they are the only one whom can really help. Research some things about your age and how much you are suppose to lose weight. I'm 19 and I'm underweight, I think. Though I don't understand why you would want to care about the way you look, at the age of 13. Those people whom bullies you are no better, they're nothing. ^^ I just hope you know you're going to meet people whom loves you. Though if you think this will benefit you in your health, then I'm glad you're going down that route for that reason and not to look like "one" of those girls. Anyways, you could jog for a couple of hours. I think it's better than walking, since walking wouldn't do much. ^^ So jog around your hilly neighborhood.
