Hey, well simple and short:
When I begun to go to a fitness center some years ago (and not really often perhaps 2-3x) a week for each time 30 min nonstop training i lost during 2 weeks about 1,5kg and muscles got +2cm (kinda much)..
Of course i also used to eat much fruits, 3x meat in a week and mostly nodles and such..
All over this is kinda basic and does perhaps not sound that great like someones others posts.. anyway its the onliest thing wich worked .. atleast for me and a friend.. so simple.. train- vary food.. thats all
And yes biking is one of the best sports to loose kcal! But then it matters how you bike.. biking till you think you're legs will fall of or when you get down from the bike and try to walk down some stairs and you got problems while doing so.. then you know you biked correctly ;)..
By the way .. whats you BMI If i might ask??
