I can understand all those factors, because those are what affect my post length. I usually try to match what my partner writes, I'm okay with really long posts. Once in a role play me and my partner were up to a couple thousand words in length. But I don't think I want to go that far lol.
For the time period I was thinking somewhere around the 1800's if you don't mind. I'm not sure how much our characters will be interacting with others so there shouldn't be too much research involved. I don't know I'm still debating... no no I'm sure I want to make it around the 1800's.
The one nice thing about role playing with a really good writer is that I strive to get better and better so that my partner enjoys the role play just as much as I do. I'm looking forward to getting it started. I don't mind starting the thread but it's getting late here as well and I have a class tomorrow (later in the day but still ><). I don't think it matters which of us starts the thread as long as we PM the link to the other person.
