Napoleon Bonaparte, Julius Caesar, Adolf Hitler; all famous people in history. Why? The common answer will be that they were fearsome dictators who were ruthless and mean. While that is true, it is also true that several of them created several new inventions, bettered the life of those under them, and increased learning with the masses. Much of the world is now a republic or democracy- and we have several complaints about how things are run. So were dictators bad people? People who made a difference? People who just misused their power? What?
