To a good path to follow
even if the heart is hollow
or the body is trembling
for every bone reassembling
or the senses that seem lost
for whatever the cost.
Sweat from the forehead is dripping
but just keep your hand tight and gripping
on that tiny bit of hope that's there
and know you can go anywhere
if you just keep reassuring
that good things will start occurring.
