Loki chuckled softly. "Yes, just friends. Despite Luce's best efforts. He can't help the way he is though, so I can't fault him." He watched her for a few moments, quickly deciding that he definitely liked her company. Though anyone would be better than that smelly man that had scampered off. No doubt the inn would need a thorough scrubbing just to get rid of the smell of that man. Loki took a step closer to Vex. "I'd offer to buy you a drink, but everything's free here." She seemed interesting and maybe a little interested in him? Loki couldn't say for sure if she was, easily he slipped his long coat off, giving his fluffy black wolf tail a quick shake. The coat he folded and stashed beneath the bar, the fedora followed, his black furred wolf ears twitching some after being so confined. He ran a hand over them, then proceeded to unbutton his vest and then roll up the sleeves of his button down shirt, rolling them up to his elbows. "Ah, that's more comfortable." He leaned against the bar, giving Vex another once over. "Money's no good here, but I could always take you out, somewhere a little more high class than this place."
