I usually stick to classic rock from decades ago as far back as the late 60s-early 70s... As recent as the early 90s. But the 80s is my most favourite type.
Although J-pop/Anime songs would be another option for me as well depending on my mood. Also Italian and Celtic-like. German... Only sometimes as it can sound depressing...
