Most of the time in situations like that I'm just like "I wonder what happened" then forget about it two seconds later. XD I have really bad A.D.D. though so my mi nd doesn't have time to really get into the "noisy" extreme of it. Plus, I don't care enough to ask most of the time. I do have a big mouth sometimes and do ask people things I shouldn't but that's only if they say something in front of me and I don't know the whole story.
