Maybe you should try putting the give-away thing in the thread title?
A lot of people probably just see it as a hangout, and there's a million of those because most people have started their own, ya know?
Could always try putting it in the title and see if more people respond!
Plus, the event forum is probably pretty slow because the only way to get to it, unless you pay attention to the tag links that lead to it, is to go to the announcement page -- it's not it's own separate forum on the forum page like most event forums are :3
It's only a sub-forum in the Community / Menewsha Nation - which I NEVER would have guessed to look for it had I not seen the tags linking it to it lol
