Awww, I wonder why. D: I thought Gimp was Mac compatible. Pretty sure that's what one of my friends uses on her comp and it's an older Mac. May have to try it on mine.
Bluuuuue~ I love those blue flames(?) in the background. I'm a sucker for blues like that though. xD
The shirt seems flat compared with the rest of the piece, but probably because it's solid black. That can be challenging to portray shading on such a dark color without losing the intensity of it. The shoulders seem kind of pointy in a way, like the angle into the arm is sharp (as compared with your previous drawing, her shoulders are very rounded, but understandable since this is a male character, just something to watch out for). The lines on the neck seem out of place. What those lines are usually portraying are the the muscles on either side of the cartilage for where the throat is located.

Simplified, it makes a v-shape as in this sketch.

But not always connected into a complete V of course.
Here's a neat correction sketch someone did for the drawing on the left.
Here, you can see the lines for those muscles as well as lines for the collarbone.

Overall, great! b^^ Just be aware of what simple little lines can do/entail. Just as lines for eyebrows can change the expression on a face, lines on the body have that same effect.
