@ Pap ahh I am doing a lemmon butter with a small drabble of worchishire sauce. It makes for a rich tangy marinade. :) Then I add a bit of pepper and basil to give it a very mediteranian taste. :) It goes amazing with the garlic butter roasted asperigus and lightly salted potatoes. :)
