I wasn't much of a coffee person either till recently. Found it quite bitter when I was younger.
When I was a pre-teen the only tea I liked was Red Rose black tea, but even that was bitter. Always had to sweeten it with milk and sugar almost to the point of not tasting the tea anymore... :P
